Christos Passalis
Christos Passalis est né à Thessalonique.
Il est diplômé de l’Ecole d’Art dramatique du Théâtre national de Grèce.
Il a travaillé avec Nikita Milivojevic, Michail Marmarinos and Yorgos Lanthimos puis fonde le Blitz Theater en 2004. Depuis, il écrit, joue et met en scène pour les spectacles du Blitz Theater Group.
Au cinema, il joue dans Kinodontas (Canine) de Yorgos Lanthimos, Prix Un Certain Regard à Cannes 2009, nominé pour l’Oscar du Meilleur film étranger et remporte l’award du meilleur second rôle masculin à l’ Hellenic Film Academy en 2010.
Il joue également dans Homeland de Syllas Tzoumerkas, Black Field de Vardis Marinakis et History's Future de Fiona Tan.

Christos Passalis was born in Thessaloniki, Greece.

He graduated from the Drama School of National Theatre of Northern Greece in 2000.
He worked with Nikita Milivojevic, Michail Marmarinos and Yorgos Lanthimos before founding Blitz Theater Group in 2004.
To date, he has written, directed and acted in all the group’s performances.
The group has presented its work in Theatre de la Ville, the Schaubuhne, in Festival d’ Avignon and in various festivals in France, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Poland, Austria, Lebanon and Greece.
He participated in Yorgos Lanthimos’s “Dogtooth”, which won the “Prix Un Certain Regard” at the 2009 Cannes Film Festival and was nominated for an Academy Award (Best Foreign Language Film) at the 83rd Academy Awards.
Ηe was awarded with the Best Supporting Actor award of the Hellenic Film Academy in 2010.
He also took part in Syllas Tzoumerkas' 'Homeland', Vardis Marinakis' 'Black Field' and Fiona Tan's 'History's Future'.
